If weather conditions (including rain, snow, or excessive mud) are determined to negatively impact the hiking experience or trail conditions, The Great BaseCamp Trail reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings.

In such cases, guests will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule

Customer cancellations:

• Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance

• No refunds within 24 hours of scheduled booking
